Man Accused Of Stealing From Long Island Macy's

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down a man who stole from the Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station earlier this month.

Police said that the suspect, who was caught on camera, stole a variety of Nike sweaters from Macy’s at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8 and walked out of the store without paying.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts, or who recognizes him, has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or texting “SCPD” and the message to 274637.
